On 5/11 i was at costco.. pulled out my wallet and flashed my card at entrance and haphazardly placed my wallet back in my pocket.. this was around 815p so they were close to closing and i just needed to grab a handful of items.. my husband was in the return line and quickly met with me and we began our shopping.. after completion we headed out and the clock sat at 8:38 so i get accomplished in thinking we didn’t hold them back too long..once we got home i went to empty my pockets and realized that i no longer had my wallet.. frantic i sped back to costco knowing their gas station attendant would be out til at least 930p.. when i got there he was closing up and had me wait while he finished putting out the cones.. he then used his walkie to contact management to have themcheck if anyone had turned it in.. he was very polite and helpful and really made a stressful moment as stress less as possible.. unfortunately after 10-15 min i was told that none had been found.. i drive over to where i had parked and looked around just in case and again nothing..the next morning i woke up early to try and see i could stop by along my way to work.. i thought, i went late enough that it could still have sitting on the floor overnight and maybe one of the opening crew might have come across it.. a worker in front restocking the bread products for the food court said he didn’t have a walkie on him but that “John” at the window was one of the managers and would be able to help.. as i approached the window he opened it up and asked what he could do for me.. i explained my situation and and got on his walkie and asked another person inside if they could check lost and found.. i believe it was a lady and that they asked for a few minutes to check a couple different places but was also in a place not too close to it..after 5-10 min i hear over the walkie the person inside asking if the member was on the phone.. John said “no, he’s here at the food court” so the lady said she would be on her way down..John walked me to the front gate as it was opening and out came a hand with my wallet..in times like this it’s simple things that really have huge impacts.. the cards were stacked against me.. the wallet was a limited edition LV my sister had given as a christmas gift 2 years ago and also had a decent amount of cash and gift cards inside. the only thing out of place inside was my drivers license for obvious reasons of making sure it was me but everything else was completely intact..to whomever was the original finder, i’m quite sure that you were an employee and i firmly believe that you are a truly the type of character that your company wants representing them.. i can’t thank you enough as the wallet itself was irreplaceable and the insides were just frosting but truly a display of actions that are rarely found in these times..
Fix your gas line situation. It’s making it harder for the shoppers of the plaza to get through. I shouldn’t have to drive around your line, argue with the moronic drivers that can’t decide, nor should I have to get stuck and wait to pull in just to access to the lot to go shops at PETSMART, or god forbid I need to pull in and out of the Wells Fargo. Good god!
Just had a horrible experience with the cashier Robyn. This is literally my first time writing a bad review but she was very unprofessional. She asked me to come over to her work station and move my water bottles from the cart, so she can scan another item. first time I’ve ever been asked. When her colleague offered to assist her I heard her say “f**k that s**t they have water bottles in the way” . She was completely out of line. Costco should have employees that can provide better costumer service. Will be cancelling my membership. And I did speak to a manager about it, she offered to have her apologize but what’s the point.
Friendly staff and lots of goodies. The samples are great but they make you spend more money because then you are buying more than what you came for lol. The have an awesome ginger lemonade and good chicken teriyaki bowls in the frozen section.
This location used to be a great find for Chefs, caterers and restaurants. But since 2022 began, quality of key ingredients have gone down hill rapidly. Briskets fat content per whole cut is now equal to 22% -26% of the entire Brisket. Quality of Heavy cream is totally gone. They used to have the best with Dairy Gold at 40%, but instead they now have Kunudson which like Sams Club or Walmart is more on line with British single cream then actual Heavy whipping cream. Looks like it was watered down. Hell at least Horizons organic cream is better, but you have togo to another location. Driscoll raspberries are often moldy. And half the time they do not have any gruyere cheese in stock. I am now buying more from Sams Club then before to make up the difference.
Wow... that is too early for the Christmas but that is costco. Halloween is knocking at the door so it is obvious they are gonna have Halloween goods but they already start having the Christmas goods. I went to buy there some winters good. Costco is always best for there early winter collections.
Your typical Cotsco really the only one in the area gas line is not too bad but gotta be the early bird to really be able to get in and out pumps open at 530 am at this location overall I gind they have the best apparel here and of course pretty much at Costco prices overall B/B+ with staff and products
Major jerk named Matt Smith in the vision department misplaces my paperwork for lenses, denies I gave it to him and then melts down when I continue to ask him about it. My girlfriend witnessed the entire encounter and also saw me give him the paperwork. Started screaming and hollering You dont know who youre talking to! I wont return any time soon.
This is a standard Costco. Costco overall I give 5 stars. This one isnt anything special, so four. The staff isnt as friendly as other Costcos - and I have visited innumerable Costcos. They are all pretty good. This one is probably one of the busiest Ive ever seen. O if youre down for a crowd and a wait, this one is ok...They do have gasoline. Youll wait 20 minutes to get it...
Took longer to find parking than to do my shopping. But I did return later to pick up a cheese pizza I called ahead of time for and it still took more than 30 minutes to get.New visit today and even though parking lot was full there were plenty of check out lines to expedite the process.
Cheap booze, apparently everyone goes here to stock their mom and pop restaurant. I see giant carts full of soda and chips. I was trying to decide between two inexpensive tequilas, when the dreadful sense of irony came into my being. Am I the problem with consumerism? No doubt, the answer was yes. But these days, these wild west post pandy days, are filled with convincing myself that this is just the world now. No amount of bike riding to work, or plastic reduction can ever compensate for what the corp o lords are doing in one day. So I guess what Im saying is go ahead, take a long hot shower and buy that Ikea lamp that will break, if it makes you happy. Cuz this whole planet is going down. At least Ill have some good times with this cheap tequila.
Costco is always a good place to buy your stuff. I have been to this costco for couple of times. It is nearest to my home. The staff is very good. Once there was birthday of my roommate and they were closing. I was totally lost that i need to get a cake from there. So after billing our stuff I remembered that we need a cake and in the meanwhile they closed the entry and started maintaining the stock.I requested the authority and they let me in and bought the cake finally for my roommate. So they are really nice and very helpful.
Costco is Costco! Need a gallon of mayonnaise or a month or 2 supply of toilet paper, papertowles, coffee, creamer, dog food or snacks? I bought pork belly for the first time from Costco. It was DELICIOUS! I made a salad with some of it and the rest was inhaled by the family! Anytime we go, we get either pizza or the turkey pinwheels. My DS loves the Organic lemonade and I love the cheese section, always find a new one to try!
Where do they get all the nice helpful people that work here? Never know what new great deals you will find or how much stuff you will buy. I am a fan of Costco. How can you roast a chicken as cheap as you can buy one here??? Pharmacy has been helpful and a bargain. Love that when i am exhausted and the guys help load the car, yeah!
Ive been buying the majority of my groceries from this Costco for several years. They just remodeled and added a gas station. You cant beat Costco so you gotta join them. Great deals on quality product. Theyve remodeled and re-arranges the entire store. Much more convenient.
Huuuge warehouse. Great selections! The prices are good. Reasonable 9/10 times. Lines are expected, they also have a self checkout. Staff is friendly and helpful. Covid protocols are followed by staff and customers. My membership will be expiring in a few months and will be renewing for sure.
Everyone loves Costco ESSPECIALLY soccer moms, hoarders ( rich and poor alike) and people obsessed with buying toilet paper ( what would we do if this was a 100 years ago and it didnt exist), yes these people will run pedestrians over in the parking lot for a parking spot. So tread carefully while making your way to saving a little bit of money. That is of course if you take LIFE seriously!
This Costco is great, the only people that complain are those that cant be made happy no matter what is done for them. Sorry guys but the world doesnt revolve around you and this Costco and the employees make sure they cater to everyone, not just YOU and your self-righteous a$$, sorry (not sorry). Shout out to the optical department, especially one girl (Rosalina), most of their employees are great! One manager was awful but from what Ive seen shes gone (thank God). And they have some super rude, think theyre the center of the universe type customers. I will always come here for all my goodies.
This is the weakest Costco Ive been to. The liquor department is especially lacking compared with other Costcos. And I never had bad Costco pizza until I had Costco pizza at this location. Edit: And now, as of 12/7/21, they dont even carry Muscle Pharm Combat protein powder?!?!?
Costco, oh how I love thee! I shall sing your songs of joy for my stomach longs for your fill... ups! From gas to food, as long as Im in the moodIll drive myself from home or work to get the best deals on earth! If you like your beef lean, you know what I mean. If youre a fan of beer, you get a lot and theyre near.Cant go wrong with Costco, their return policy is the best-o!
5 starts for all the content and supplies they carry.3 stars for the handful of rude, and disrespectful employees they have. If you have such terrible costumer service skills than you shouldn’t have these people work at Costco. Not all the employee’s are this way, thankfully. But the bad seeds make the shopping experience dreadful.
This review is for Michelle in the optical department. I lost my keys in Costco and was beside myself because I thought I didn’t have a way home. I couldn’t find my keys and eventually needed to download uber so I could go home. My data wasn’t working for me so I asked if there was WiFi— she could have just said no and called it a day, but she set up her phones hotspot so I could use that to download the app. She saw how anxious I was and we started talking and I felt so much better after. I think she deserves a bonus or raise or something. It made all the difference
I love going here I always get so much stuff the parking is usually pretty decent the gas line is well as you would know at all Costcos its always such a nightmare but it moves fast so I would say that they need to get rid of the parking I dont know what to call those dividers or the planters in the parking lot so that the all the lines can be even and it would be less hassle but overall good
Costcos variety of products from apparel, fresh food to furniture. Its a 1-stop shop for me. Im always pleased with the items (e.g., apparel, meats, produce, furniture, etc.). Also, their return policy is easy no fuss. Love shopping here, checking out their new products.
Became a Costco member for the first time today! Quick and easy.... But the guy who was signing me up was REALLY pushing me to try for the executive membership and accompanying credit card offer even after I declined several times... Like I know u get a commission dude, but NO MEANS NO!
This review is for the optometrist. We arrived and were helped and out the door in under an hour. They are polite and do a good job. I am especially grateful because my girlfriend had been having headaches for a week and vomiting a few times. I thought her glasses were just too weak. But they did a full exam and found that she has a much more severe problem and we detected it early and I was able to take her to a specialist the following day, which is today. I will always be grateful they helped me protect her.
Great place just dont order a well done pizza they are so lazy they recook already made been sitting there pizza and throw new cheese on it my kids are complaining that they cant even eat it cause its to hard and i just bought it...you bite it and it rips from the crust smh and i wil never be back for there pizza cause this is not the first time.very disappointed
I guess this was the Costco at Signal Hills. First time going here. I was on the way back to Orange County from LA and first needed gas and also a few quick items. So decided to go to here..The gas is about 50 to 70 cents less expensive which gor a full tank saved me over $7. Almost 10% discount. Not bad.The store is the same as other Costco stores, same layout which really make it easy to go the sections you want to go and optimize your trip.Again my big complain about Costco is discontinuing items. I could not find the usual 3 pack window cleaners we always would buy and Kirkland gloves is always out and couple of other items!!
I rarely have problems here. I get in, get out, and (usually) have everything I came to get. Today, however, I had the worst customer experience Ive had in a long time. As I approached the cashier with a full cart, I showed him my membership barcode to scan like Ive done at checkout dozens of times before (and the same barcode I also show to actually get INTO the store). Thats when the cashier hastily (and rudely) told me that I wasnt allowed to use that app. He called over the manager, she said the same thing, and then couldnt finding my membership by using my DL (which is odd because my name is 1000% tied to my membership). They didnt say, We will scan the barcode this one time, but just know that you need to download the app moving forward. Not only would that have been the proper way to do customer service, but I would have happily obliged and thanked them for their flexibility. Instead they gave me the run around and told me I had to go to the membership desk to figure all this out. This is just another example of poor customer service due to a policy restriction.P.S. I dont mind the policy itself at all. What REALLY bothered me was the inconsistency of its application and the rudeness and lack of flexibility from the staff (especially the manager, who one would expect to be trained to properly interact with and accommodate customers). This was a big L for this Costco location.
My trip to Costco today was successful. It wasnt crowded, and they even had Charmin toilet paper in stock. My biggest complaint is that I always have to struggle with the shopping cart in the parking lot. I have to make sure to hold onto it while I unload it or it will roll away (because of the hilly topography). I realize theres no easy way for Costco to fix that, but it is annoying!
Photo center is not there anymore which is very disheartening because I liked refilling printer ink cartridges and not producing more plastic into the environment. I spent $80 on printer ink when the photo center would cost me way less. Other than that Costco is a great place to buy your needs
I just had to give a shout out to Gil and the crew at this Costcos in Signal Hills. I went to another Costcos Warehouse before arriving here the line to enter was out the door so I just got gas and that line too was long.🙋🏾♀️ This was like the best experience that I ever had at ANY Costcos. The first person was Virginia she was outside in the front disinfecting/cleaning the shopping carts.👍🏾 When I got to the door showed my membership and started my shopping. ALL check out registers were open😳 A young lady African American sister 💃🏾damn I cant remember her name was in the section with the clothes I was looking for pajamas for my kids. She helped me find the correct sizes for each of them and directed me all the way to the area where the thermal pajamas great very helpful. During this pandemic and holiday rush can u believe I was in at 1:30pm and out right at 2pm. The parking lot was FULL the ladies at the register were nice too. I will be returning to this location. Thanks again Gil and the Crew.
$56 comes a long way for some.I called costco tire center to inquire about how much a tpms replacements is nd they gave me a pretty reasonable price. I then asked if there were any installation fees, and the person I was able to talk to said that there were No Installation fees and was pretty excited about that and went ahead and booked an appointment. Fastfoward 1 week to the appointment, got there and proceeded with the paperwork and saw that they charged me $56 for installation fees. I told my piece that the person i talked to said that there were no installation fees. The cashier asked for the name of the person but due to my excitement at that time, i totally forgot to ask that persons name. The cashier was kind enough to ask the supervisor if they could waive the installation fee for me but didnt. They said if i had a name they would, but i dont so they didnt. The experience was great though, but left a nasty impression on me having to spend $56 more unexpectedly. So next time, get names especially for instances like mine.
Like the prices and the food everywhere. No more tasting samples. Just people standing by booths with fake displays.. Kinda a bummer... Lots of people But the lines went fast. Great specials with fresh meat. Bone in chops for 1.29Got to go.. Btw. No outside lines and tons of Xmas specials.. Have fun before we get locked down again
Always a pleasant shopping experience. Helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure you have the items you need. Although much of the food comes in large packages better suited for families we make it work by subdividing the pack and eating portions over a week to 10 days.
I am disable plus I am on a walking cane. I had Knee Surgery. I need a Electric 💺 Chair. There r more DISABLE PEOPLE than Electric 💺 Chairs! Please Costco get more Electric Chairs! I HAD TO WAIT ONE AND HALF HOURS TO GET A CHAIR... It would be greatly appreciated...Thank you
I usually have great experiences, however, this time it was different. I witnessed an employee pull down his mask to blow his nose with a paper towel nearby. He threw away the trash and went right back to assisting the cashier of scanning and loading items in carts. During this pandemic, you would think hed at least sanitize his hands afterwards but he just went about his business and touched every item in my cart. I am appalled, disgusted and disappointed.
They cant get peoples membership straight. Despite customers being charged out right on their own personnel credit cards and the transaction posting. You get to the line after waiting sometime, only to hear the cashier say you have not paid your membership. They send you to customer service, make you wait even more, do not resolve the issue after it happened the first time. Then you go the following week and go through the same process.Fix it Costco or Sams Club will be my go to wholesaler.
I love Walmart because of their cards for the physically disabled they have a lot of cards because Costco is usually crowded a lot of people use the cart but at least they have a lot I know of other stores namely Walmart that have a lot of customers and only two cards and sometimes only one works Costco has more than one part and they generally work and are powered its like when someone stops using it the customer service plug them up to keep them powered for the next customer I love that I dont know if its all the Costcos but the ones that I go to thats usually the service you get thank you Costco
I love this Costco. This is my local go to!However when I took my Mommy this morning at Senior hours and we were checking out I had a bad experience with the checker KENDRA. It was not only disappointing because hey.. your in customer service, do your job! But she was a black woman dealing with another black woman and her mother. She was rude and impatience!!
I do frequent this Costco and its fine. Only complaint is the trend toward them trying to make you order your food at an automated station! I doesnt chg the time for you and is putting all the work on the customer. Other Costcos arent doing this thankfully!Store itself is fine...Again, only Costco that makes you walk ALL the way to the tire ctr, blocking off entranceway around by the shopping carts!!!! As I frequent 2 additional Costco stores...Signal Hill and Los Alamitos on Katella...neither do this. Its NOT user friendly for a senior!!! Or anyone for that matter whether in a hurry or just doesnt appreciate being herded !!!
As always the best wholesale market in the country every product is the best in its class . I even brought my car with their auto program it saved me money, time and hassle at Toyota by just mentioning there name .I love the black card membership even that they raised the price a bit I still buy enough that my rewards pay for the membership and more .The best thing about costco is there effortlessly return policy I could return stuff there even if its been two years from the purchase date plus the icing on the cake is that I dont have to bring the receipt with me.So all in all its the best supermarket in the entire world I believe I just wish Best Buy or AutoZone had the same return policy
Theyre rude n unforgiving, they dont let some customers use ebt with someone elses name than the costco card itself with another name... Sometimes, with some people, but Ive never seen this before, also, even if my mom was right there, I was just paying with her membership
Chris L. is the worst cashier ever!!!!! Has a very poor attitude, after ringing up my items he left them there, would not put them in the cart & would not get us a box, & would not answer my husband when he kept asking for a box. He just started ringing up the next person while all my items were sitting there but he put their items in the cart, my husband had to go get a box and we had to box our own stuff, the person behind us was done and we were still grabbing our stuff. Now I love Costco & I spend a lot of $$$$ here but I dont think I will be returning to this location again. It seems this guy had a major problem with us because we are white & have lots of tattoos because he seemed friendly towards everyone else. Think I may call corporate.
This morning I visited my local Costco. As usual saturday morning it was in and out experience, except this time on the way out my 4 year old daughter handed the receipt to the guy at the door, kindly and friendly the guy name Brad draw a rabbit face on the back of it and gave it back to my daughter whi immediately smile and said look dad is a rabbit his kindness make our morning. Those details is what makes customer service experience outstanding !! Five stars to Brad !!!
Ive been going to Fingerprints for my musical fix since 1999 when they were located off of Second Street in Belmont Shore. Now I visit them on 4th Street. There, I find 99.9% of what Im looking for and what they dont have on hand, they will order for me. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 50. Love the staff!!
Everything but grapes, berries avocado in cold room is way to expensive doing this Pandemic. You should give all members who didnt go to Costco doing high covid period extra 1 free year membership, we paid a membership and was scared to come to the store. Now its a little safer, we have to renew our expired membership to a store that wasnt safe for months. This is costly!!Ernest Mayo
For the uninitiated, first of all, be glad for the gasoline prices! They are competitive. Hence, you will wait in longer lines.Be patient as you drive around for parking. For the physically fit, park farther away so you can park immediately otherwise you will circle the parking lot if you want a closer space from the entrance. Today, I prayed for one and my guardian angel and Blessed Virgin Mother Mary did indeed intercede and God willed in the affirmative! Please bring a smile!Others will repay you with one back.So after fueling up, Byron and I parked. We entered and the adventure in snacking commenced! Lots of samples of salmon, organic juices, and cheeses! Being Good Friday, I bought items I would not have during the regular season!I bought meatless yummy salads, goat cheese veggie pizza, chips, and popcorn! Employees at Costco are human beings with heart and a sense of humor!
Only Average. The store is quite disorganized and the staff overwhelmed. I no longer waste my time going to the Signal Hill store since I can never find everything on my list (they’re always out of at least two items on my list of everyday items). I WAS able to find my razor blades - in the front of the store between the Roomba display and a pallet of almonds (why didn’t I realize that)...Last, the cashier was scanning and putting my items into the cart of the person in front of me, who had already checked out. Brilliant.
I went to this Costco to get a pair of eyeglasses. I was completely overwhelmed when I got up to the counter the Costco employee name Rosalina J. was amazing. She was so friendly, very patient, very knowledgeable and she put my mind at ease. While she was being super patient with me making my decision and trying numerous glasses I also observed her wonderful customer service and communication skills with all of the other Costco members that needed assistance. It really is a joy to come to a place and have an employee such as her help you. She helped me pick out two different glasses and she really went above and beyond. Costco you did a good job hiring her and if you ask me she deserves promotion. Bless her. Recommend this Costco for glasses. Be kind to her.
All the love one gets at this Costco is AWESOME! There literally is someone giving samples at the end of every aisle. It worked well enough for me to buy many of their products. It is a very large store, and yet it is always packed. But even those sometimes lengthy lines at the checkout counters moved quite quickly. I was very satisfied and highly recommend getting a membership if you ever need bulk items, or just want quality goods at affordable prices.
We were at Costco, Signal Hill on 1/17/21. We came across a family of 4. Two girls in their 20s were not wearing their masks. We kindly warned them to wear it. They started to swear at us. We called the security and then we walked away. The security warned them to wear their masks and walked away. They should have escorted the family outside but they let the family stay and keep shopping. Instead, the entire family started to chase us in the isles without their masks on. The father charged at us, called us slurs, names and swore at us. The entire family took their masks off. I have family members died of covid19. And I take this seriously. Costco personnel were not helpful. When 4-5 people started harassing me and swearing at me, 7-8 Costco employees showed up. They took the family away when the incident got bigger. They should have done it when the family refused to wear their masks and when we called the security FIRST time. Later on I called Costco Admin office. The manager (Shannon) was mean to us too. She blamed us for not walking away (which we did) and for not calling the security (which we did twice). She raised her voice at me and was disrespectful. The bullies got away with it. And I felt like bullied twice thanks to Shannon. That family will be a trouble in future for other people. They should have lost their Costco membership.
The in store service experience here is always good. There are a lot people visiting here but probably better than the Irvine one.I think most people know you can buy stuff online but in store price for hard to ship stuff like furnitures are much cheaper instore.Recently I took some passport picture here. It is very quick and cheap. Like 6 buck ish.
The products are great and so is the customer service, but they need more electric carts for the disabled customers. And the ones they have need work. My husband is disabled and everytime we go to this Costco, the carts have problems. Other than that, a great shopping experience.
Theres a lot of parking, but be aware that there is also a lot of stores in this area, so during peak times, it can be packed. I only went to the food court and not inside the actual store, but they were fast and efficient, getting me a pizza in well under the estimated time. Staff was friendly and the pizza was so good!
Costco is worth the membership fee. If you need bulk items or for peepers, this place offers items for less than normal prices. They carry excellent, quality clothing items as well. Their food items such as their bakery selections are appetizing and the meat department offers quality products better than your regular supermarket. They have so many great deals that I often leave the store with more items that I came in for, but I happy with the deals I purchased.
Who doesnt like Costco? For a large family like mine, 3 girls, 4 boys and a pitbull dog. Costco is a no brainier!!They have everything in bulk and lots of it! Prices for bulk of anything are worth paying that less food for about the same price if not a little more at the regular super market!! FOR SURE!!!I totally recommend to anyone who has a large family or would rather buy in large quantities and store for later.
First time back since beginning of April. Less people but not everyone wearing their masks properly especially the children between 9 - 12. Their parents couldnt keep them under control either. Not the staffs fault but it does make it a little uncomfortable. Working people have to shop after work hours
Tire Center line just rang and rang. No one manning the phones to answer customers questions. When I called the Administration number they werent any help either Suzy said, They might be busy, but never offered to find out or offer a callback. I thought they had handheld radios to communicate when there are issues. Will be going elsewhere to get my Tire Service needs resolved. What a waste of membership, I might not re-up at the end of the year when my membership is up. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
Costco forevermore! I just came back from the trip to Costco. I love to go mid- day because all the tastings. Turmeric ( in bulk ) was found and saves me $$. They could add more clothes and fewer tires but its great all around. Dont forget your hot dog on the way out!!
Costco is my number one place to go to. I absolutely love it but the Tire Center needs some polishing up. I went in to get a tire repaired under warranty. I left my rim and tire there for them to go ahead and fix it for me (The man at the front door said it would be ready in about 1 hour). I went home and waited around hoping they would call me around that time frame but 3 hours went by so I called. A gentleman answered and mentioned to me that the tire would not be repairable and that they needed my consent to order another tire (why didnt they call me sooner? Or call me at all) so I told him yes, please do order another one for me. The guy on the phone then told me he would call me back to confirm that the order was placed. Again, no one called me after a few hours so I called back and got confirmation. The next day the tire was ready and I noticed that the tire was not balanced correctly (I had speed wobbles at around 65mph) That night I had to drive to Las Vegas, NV and had to drive it that way. I went to the Costco in Summerlin and they found that the wheel balance was off and they fixed it for me. Everyone at the Signal Hill Costco were pleasant to talk to but they did lack communication, along their wheel balancing being off.
11:53 am 8/23/2019 Very unsatisfied with the customer service, my family and I received today. Just finished shopping with two full carts of merchandise as I loaded my own cart after we paid for everything I decided to pick up some empty boxes for our merchandise so it could be easier for me to load it in our car from an empty register. As my wife and daughter waited for me to get the boxes an older man with white long hair in a ponytail was helping the register next to me had a very disturbing and negative attitude yelling to leave those boxes alone those are for customers I explain I am a customer and showed him my carts and so he said well you could just ask me if it’s okay for you to get any boxes very rude and upset. I’m not upset that I loaded my cart by my self I’m not upset that I wasn’t aware of the Costco rules that I had to ask for the boxes for my merchandise before getting it it understood I am upset of the rude customer service I got in front of my wife and daughter felling disrespectful as I am enjoying shopping at this location and the cashier was very polite and friendly. I talked to the MOD and explain the situation he calmly explain that he will take care of the situation. Customer service needs to be a priority and explained or if not maybe a training exercise. I am a very loyal and calm respectful friendly man and all I want in return is to be treated with respect that’s all.
This Costco has always been a wonderful place to shop for my whole family for over 15+ years. Everything is kept nice and clean, staff is friendly, and checkout is never a long wait. The food court has never raised the price of their original items such as pizza, hotdog, ect. Great experience from beginning to end.
Really dont need a 6 pack of toothpaste, only need one. If you have a large family or own a business then its for you. Keep paying ur membership, they need you to thats basically how they make most of their profit. Only reason i would even go to Costco was for the hotdogs and pizza. Now you cant even buy them without a card. I had left my card at home, guess what I did when I got home? It went straight into the trash.
Two stars for the good products and quality. BUT only two stars because of the employees’ arrogant attitude. Not patient at all and the lady at the front door looked VERY racist. She was shouting and yelling. (Also other employees looked really mad) I was hoping to buy a lot of good stuff, but the employees just ruined my day. Also a note to other customers: don’t just read the good comments.
Why do you need to hand out samples? With your return policy, it really is unnecessary. Samples slow down the overall flow of the shopping experience as a dozen people with zero manners or interest in actually purchasing the samples product, leave a landmine of carts to be navigated through. Amazon is looking more and more appealing. Similar return policy without the stampede of sample grazers.
Best place to get your grocery, alcohol and various other household stuff, no other place can match their prices even I was surprised. They have almost all the stuff you will ever need and even more, service is fast. Downside they only accept Visa cards so discover and amex users are out of luck, long line for Costco gas station and this place is always busy.
