After scanning this, head through the doorway directly in front of you titled "Airlock" and press the button on the left.
This is a timed event, you will be running out of oxygen. Your objective is to get the life support back online so you can breathe.
Once you're through the door, on your right-hand side will be a live power cell that you can collect to take with you. Pick this up, turn around, go out the door and go right into the red tunnel. Place the live power cell into the receptacle on the right-hand side to open the door in front of you. Now that the door is open, you'll see a floating oxygen canister here (you'll see a few of these throughout your time in the game). However, don't pick it up. Flypast it and head to the left. You'll see an open door at the end of the corridor titled "Storage" inside you will find a 2nd live power cell. Collect this and head back to the red tunnel you came through and place it in the receptacle just before the door. This will keep the door open while you go inside and retrieve the 1st live power cell. Grab the 1st power cell and turn around and place it in one of the two receptacles either side of the big screen in front of you. Your oxygen will be low at this point.
WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE 1 SECOND OF OXYGEN LEFT BEFORE INTERACTING WITH THE AN OXYGEN CANISTER.

Collect the laser in front of you to attach it to your arm. You can now cut these pesky little golden locks on the move! HOW FUN! Feel free to collect the oxygen as you please going forward. Cut the latches off the panels in front of you and proceed through. There is a space chest (yes.... space chest) on the floor below you. If you cut the latches off, there is more oxygen inside. Ahead of you to the left are more panels to cut off, proceed through them. Forward and to the right is space chest #2 with ... you guessed it, more oxygen. On the left is another panel. You know what to do here. Once through, float forward and space chest #3 is trying to be more sneaky by being on the ceiling to your top right. collect if need be. Cut the latches on the door and enter. Hit the airlock button on the right and the life support will kick back in. Ahead of you is an audio log. Collect this for THE BLACKOUT 4/8 - BLACKOUT.

You'll be in some storage area, this is a maze but it only has one path, so continue forward until you see a big metal panel on the left side sticking out and floating around in your path with the word "ORION" printed on it. Scan this for OUTWARD 1/7 - ORION WING PLATE.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
Onwards you float till you get to the end, enter maintenance. You will see a gap with two live electric cables and a panel with latches on it. Cut the latches and head in. You have to navigate a little electric maze to cut a fuse which is coincidentally hiding behind a panel at the end of the room. Once cut, head back and through the little gap where the now-dead electric cables are. Proceed forward and go through a doorway titled "LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS".
What follows is a mini-game that increases in difficulty with every stage (4 stages) you have to get the 4 live power cells from the sliding plant library on the left and place them into the empty receptacles on the right, under the "ROTATION ENGINE 3" sign. Grab the first cell on the left and place it in an open receptacle, face back right and turn the handle to open up the next slot. You now have to cut the fuses. Simple and safe enough. Grab the live power cell and place it into the next open receptacle. Spin the wheel for your next challenge. Now the cables are electrified.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
Grab the 3rd live power cell and deposit it. LAST ONE this one is a combination of fuses and electricity.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***
Collect the last one and deposit it. You'll get a "life support critical" warning but don't worry, you won't need to worry about oxygen. The locked door opposite the way you came in will now open, head through and up to the right through a tunnel. Cut the latches on the door at the end and you'll find yourself back in the elevator room. Head around and back towards the door titled "LYBRA" down the tunnel, through the "SLEEP QUARTERS" and back to the "CONTROL ROOM" Use the control console in front of you to activate the rotation engine.
Now all that's left is to make your way to the elevator and end chapter 2..... JUST KIDDING. The situation gets real.
