Hopefully someone will see this and pass italong towhomever needs toknow this. Ibecame acitizen several years ago and would like todescribe myexperience with Astrid Chinos asshe was the head ofthe YMCA where wewere totake our oath. Wow I’m anative speaker ofEnglish with anMA inSpanish language & literature and for someone insuch asenior position her English was appalling. Seems like she enjoys pretending she isimportant asgave usincorrect information ofone ofher contacts with USCIS toinquire about the new dare for the ceremony since the first one was cancelled. She’s hyper, very self-absorbed, disorganized— lady you’re amanager ofaY, not the president nor aneurosurgeon. Pompous with terrible English skills.… – show

Total surprise! Went for interview at8am, came out ofthere at8:40amapproved with recommendation for Citizenship. Same day oath ceremony same afternoon. This isa great location full ofnice people with great attitudes and why people aspire tobe American Citizens inthe first place.

Great Experience!
If you passed your Naturalization interview that day they will schedule you asame-day Oath Taking (scheduled at2:30PM). During oath taking there were 50+ people oath taking with you who passed their interview onthay day aswell. Everything went very fast! You goin onyour scheduled interview, and come out aUS Citizen inthe afternoon! All staff are very polite and helpful, and the guards takes covid precautions seriously.00

After the oath、the chief ofUSCIS Charlotte did speech for few minutes. Itwas really moved myheart.
” Don't excuse yourself anymore! She can doit、I can doit ”
(It's not that she recommended this topeople, it's just the part that impressed mewhile telling her story)God bless you and your people aswell
And the place was very clean and every processing was soprofessionally done today.

I had mycitizenship interview they’ll let you inbefore 10—15min your appointment everything was smooth Ididn’t have any issue ️

Had myappointment here for Naturalization, very smooth process. Everything was rightly timed and process moved quickly. People here were generous and overall agood experience.

One ofthe nicest USCIS thereis! I've accompany people toseveral, but this one ismostly friendly and helpful people.
However, just likeUSA, not everything isperfect.
There isthis one black lady (Octavia Spencer with glasses?) atthe front desk isextremely rude, mean and yelling atanyone who dares tobe confused even for asecond. Perhaps they need nasty people just incase some immigrants are out ofline? But all Isee are bunch nervous immigrants gets yelled atfor “not respect her au
thority”.Overall, this place isnice, clean and friendly (other than THAT one).
